Ari began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 as a property manager, eventually overseeing a portfolio of 1,200 multifamily units. After several years in management, he transitioned into debt finance, leveraging his extensive operational experience and understanding of owners’ needs to provide tailored financing solutions for his clients. Since entering the finance sector, Ari has underwritten and worked on over $1 billion in transactions across various asset types, handling every stage of the deal, including acquisitions, refinances, construction, and bridge loans. 

Ari attributes his success on the strong, long-standing relationships with both lenders and clients, many of whom return for repeat business.  In addition to his professional work, Ari is actively involved in his community, dedicating time and resources to local and international causes that are meaningful to him. He is a proud alumnus of Hebrew Theological College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
